Giving the students a feeling of Hope

How can a teacher help a pupil to be both inherently motivated and optimistic? There are so numerous distinct way to accomplish this. It all begins with teaching them to be as positive as possible.
Disappointments are a part of life, but a fleeting one.Something that several students encounter early in the learning process is a sense of failure. It may be simply answering a question inaccurately, conducting badly in the classroom, or it might even be the effect of some sort of learning impairment, but a pupil must never be allowed to see a single failure or difficulty as a lasting status.
What positive thinking is all about. A genuinely affirmative person will not look at failure personally, but accept that it is just a momentary blow which can happen to anybody. This is the reason it must be a major focus of a child's instructors and parents, especially if the student is anxious. To do this mentors and instructors must reframe the pupil's perceptions of failure into something more reinforcing and beneficial. They must shape their own verbal responses and replies to any such events, scenarios, feelings, or situations in completely non-judgmental ways. Emphasis should be given on the transitory nature of failure and the ability to overcome this if the student is really determined to do so.Specifically, the teacher should, reframe the student's perception of a daunting event - discussing the issue with them using non-judgmental terms or remarks is the foremost step. For instance, a mentor should never assess a failure by jumping into the "where you went wrong" approach.
