The accuracy of a translation depends primarily on the skills of the translators. In order to ensure this, editing and proofreading must be performed after each translation. When you translate, you need to have not only language fluency but also mastery of the subject matter. In case, the topic to be translated has a technical slant (eg. Medical terms, business or financial, legal terminologies, et. al.) then the translators must be equipped to handle this.
Upon giving a specific deadline, the translators should be able to determine whether the schedule is realistic or not. Time adjustments should be done prior to job acceptance. In this manner, the translation can be finished on or ahead of time. There’ll be no need to ask for deadline extensions.
It is advisable to get quotes from different establishments in order to determine which company can give you the most affordable rates.
In case you aren’t satisfied with the finished product, you can entreat the company to make the necessary revisions. You should not be expected to pay until you're completely satisfied with the finished product.
