Our client is a US$ multi-million sales global company producing sensors, instruments and total systems for high-precision gas measurement and analysis in a diverse range of industrial and commercial applications. The company prides itself on its tradition of innovation and the high performance of its products which meet or exceed the most demanding requirements. Accuracy (to ppb) and repeatability are key features which, together with outstanding reliability, ensure a strong customer loyalty especially where measurement is critical eg. for life support.
The business has grown steadily by bringing in new technologies, by licensing, acquisition or other means and the company has a good track record of turning these into top quality product offerings with which it can reach worldwide markets.
In keeping with its historical ability to successfully innovate, creating next generation products from emerging technologies, the company is now seeking new and innovative methods, materials, processes and other technologies which, in combination with its in-house expertise, will lead to further new product development.
We are willing to explore any reasonable commercial arrangements, including licensing in of proprietary or innovative products, systems or technologies, strategic alliances or partnering arrangements (including value-added distribution).
