We are actively seeking highly effective personal care products for niche applications where the efficacy can be clearly demonstrated. We have a particular interest in new OTC products which will provide a solution recognisable by the consumer as offering relief from personal problems.   • Products must demonstrate efficacy for the condition they are designed to alleviate and this must be recognisable by the consumer, to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat purchasing and recommendation by word of mouth. Products should ideally be topically applied, but this is not restrictive. The company is not interested in prescription products, nor those which are purely cosmetic / premium ‘glamour’ products.

    Our client is a UK-based company within an international group, specialising in niche personal care, medicated skincare and footcare products. Their existing product ranges have strong brand recognition and customer loyalty, due to the fact that they really do work. A strong market position has been achieved due to a firm commitment to product innovation and development. Our client has state-of-the-art testing and development facilities and access to international markets through its existing distribution channels.

    The company now seeks to grow and diversify its product range by licensing in new products or formulations, acquiring niche brands, making appropriate distribution agreements, strategic alliances or partnerships; we are willing to explore any reasonable commercial arrangements.
